Plasma aggregates

Virtually all metals can be cut using the plasma cutting procedure, including various steel alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, etc. A material can be cut using plasma on condition that it conducts electricity. The device is delivered in its standard form with a manual plasma torch, 6 meters long and with central connection, thus the replacement or change of the torch (manual to machine) is made faster and easier. The plasma torches delivered with the equipment are the following:

The plasma torch is one of the latest generation of torches with no high-frequency ignition of the arch. The device has a metal housing made of profiled sheet metal with its own set of wheels thus making it easy to move or transport. The housing has a separate part for the energetic section and the control section. All energetic elements, which heat up during operation, are cooled with the help of three fans. In order for this to function seamlessly, the device must be supplied with a large enough amount of compressed air which does not contain droplets of oil or water, filtered to a fineness of 5 microns. The compressed air is led to the back side of the device where there is a filtration group (filters of 25-micron- and 5-micron-fineness) and regulations for the work pressure with a manometer. The output current (the cutting current) can be adjusted in continual regime within the given range in 1-Amper steps shown on a digital display.
High-quality cutting is enabled by regulating the output current which is in the class of inventory devices. Change and variation in network current do not influence the output characteristics, which leads to higher quality for the cutting process. The device has thermal protection, protection for working at a lower pressure and protection from phase outage, indicated by light signals.
The entire device is microcontrolled. The device is user friendly and easy to handle.
